Webathon for Sarah!

As you may know, I also blog occasionally at, and the people over there are doing a webathon this week to help Gov. Palin retire the legal debt from the truckloads of frivolous ethics complaints which have been hurled at her by left-wing activists. Personally, I don't care what you think of Palin herself, it is absolutely unacceptable to sit back and watch as a prominent political figure is subjected to a concerted effort to personally bankrupt her. The people filing complaints about snowmachines and hockey sticks are the some of the lowest scum inhabiting today's political scene, and I think that we are obligated as Americans (regardless of politics) to help Sarah fight them off. If you have a problem with her views, fine, but we should be debating the issues rather than engaging in acts of personal sabotage.

So, please head over to C4P and follow their donation instructions. The goal is to get a half million dollars donated to the Alaska Fund Trust (Palin's legal defense fund), and I think that is a very achievable goal. This is also the first real attempt at an independently operated "money bomb" in the conservative blogosphere, so it is a good chance to show just how much power the internet has. Let's get to work!

  1. Letterman is a deranged slob- and his tired 1985 schtick’s about as funny as a train wreck. I say give Todd Palin five minutes alone with this creep- maybe then he’d get the hard education in moral clarity that he so obviously lacks.

And if Sarah Palin is SO silly and irrelevant, why the obsession?

Clearly the Left noted her appeal, and are out to eliminate the threat- it’s not like it’s not obvious. She’s been highly successful in life while ignoring the left-wing feminist model… this helps to explain the extra dose of venom in the attacks.

Go get em, Sarah- and don’t mind the press, nobody will be listening to them anymore after the pending Obamamania implosion-

  2. Donated this morning--followed instructions.
No sign of the money on the counter doodad.

That is seriously bad--hard to cheerlead where there is no action.

  3. Is it showing up yet, Larry?

Meanwhile, her enemies have conjured up yet another "ethics violation" against Gov. Palin, and certain troll-type jerks are casting ANY mention of this fundraiser as an "AD," for which Palin must pay taxes!

What a world! What a world!

  4. thanks for doing your part, adam.
you are right. no matter which party one belongs to and what one's beliefs are, this is foolishness. It needs to stop.
But it does make lawyers wealthy.
I wonder why no one complains about their incomes.
